Christine was born and raised in Massachusetts. She received her B.A. (magna cum laude) in Social and Rehabilitation Services from Assumption College and then went on to get her M.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions.
She started her career as a pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in the Boston area, but the cold, snowy weather drove her out to sunny California in 1997. During her 25+ year career, she worked with children of all ages both domestically and internationally. She has worked at the Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford, at public schools in SFUSD, at Cambridge Ridge & Latin High School, and the International School of Basel, as well as at private practices in San Francisco, New York City, and Boston. She had her own private practices in Basel, Switzerland and San Francisco.
Christine was a part of the Junior Committee at the San Francisco Symphony for three years. She has been very involved at Hamlin since her daughter started Kindergarten. She was a room parent, volunteered with Winterfest and the Annual Fund, and co-chaired the Spring Fundraiser before becoming the Parents Association President in 2022.
Christine loves to hike, bike, and travel in the US and internationally with her family. She lives in San Francisco with her husband Nima and their daughter Ziba (class of 2026) and their French Bulldog Louie.
