Hamlin is delighted about its brand new partnership with Hines Building Maintenance (HBM)
The HBM team will oversee every aspect of facilities management at Hamlin, with a dedicated crew on campus from early morning until late evening. Leading the effort is Rigoberto “Rigo” Gonzalez, Director of Facilities, who will ensure our campus remains clean, safe, welcoming, and event-ready. We are also thrilled that our longtime building and grounds employees will continue as part of the team, bringing invaluable experience and continuity to this new partnership. These trustees—my peers, colleagues, and friends—joined the board in 2019. By the end of their first year, they were navigating the early onset of the COVID-19 pandemic and faced a pivotal decision: whether to move forward with our bold and transformative campus construction project amid profound global uncertainty.
