Ashley (she/her) grew up in the Monterey Bay area, where she earned her MA in International Policy Studies from the Monterey Institute of International Studies after receiving her BA in International Studies from UC San Diego. As part of her professional and personal pursuits prior to Hamlin, Ashley has been fortunate enough to work with teachers at an education technology startup, study abroad in France, intern in Thailand, and serve as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Niger and Rwanda. She recently completed a term as President of the Board of the Northern California Peace Corps Association and is a recipient of Hamlin’s Armine Makasdjian Workplace Culture Award.
In her free time, Ashley enjoys cooking, wine, reading, and cats.
