Victoria was born in the San Francisco Bay Area and raised in Danville, California. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of San Diego.
She spent 8 years working at Betts Recruiting, a female-founded recruitment firm that helps companies scale for growth nationwide. She served as the company’s Chief of Staff for 3 years and previously held roles as the Executive Assistant to the CEO and an Account Manager within the organization.
Victoria has been an active participant in the Hamlin Community since her daughter started Kindergarten in 2020 serving as a room parent, a Winterfest Volunteer and an Annual Fund co-chair before becoming the Parent’s Association President in 2025. She is currently a board member of Playgroup Preschool.
Victoria and her husband, Michael, live in Nob Hill with their two children, Charlotte (‘30) and Mac (Town ‘33) two blocks away from the grocery store that Victoria’s grandfather, a life-long San Franciscan, owned and ran for 60 years. She loves to spend time with her family, travel, play tennis and support her favorite baseball team, the San Francisco Giants.
