Hannah (she/her) grew up in San Francisco where she attended Burke’s for elementary and middle school, and Marin Academy for high school. Hannah has always loved learning and has immense gratitude for her educational experiences. Inspired by her teachers, Hannah decided to pursue a career in education while studying Human Biology at Stanford University. After graduation, she spent six years living in New Orleans where she taught middle and high school in public charter schools. In 2019, Hannah returned to the Bay Area to teach science at the Odyssey School, a small expeditionary-learning school in San Mateo. Over the next four years she also became the social-emotional learning teacher, Dean of Students, and began an outdoor field class.
In her free time, Hannah enjoys hiking, sewing, swing-dancing, and harvesting the two successfully grown tomatoes in her garden. She is thrilled to join and contribute to Hamlin’s vibrant school community.
