Her performance career spans opera, recital, and oratorio works across three continents. While completing her studies, she joined the After School Music Academy at the Hamlin School, where she continues to teach one-on-one and ensemble vocal classes. Ms. Pomarleanu joined Hamlin as an on-call substitute teacher in 2024, enhancing her passion for education.
Now the Grade 4 Associate Teacher, she is excited to foster students’ creativity, confidence, and self-advocacy. She believes Grade 4 is a pivotal year for growth and is eager to support each student in discovering their strengths and reaching their goals. Outside of teaching, Ms. Pomarleanu enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, knitting, going to museums, reading, and being outdoors. She looks forward to continuing her work with the Hamlin community, and most importantly, to working with the entire Grade 4 team to lead children through their fantastic capstone year in Lower School!
