Montserrat “Montse” Perez is originally from Michoacan, Mexico and previously worked at Hamlin for over four years as part of the Acre Gourmet team. She is excited to be part of the Hamlin family and continue on as a member of our new Culinary Services Team along with her sister, Edith.
