Shoshana (she/her) grew up in the Bay Area and attended UC Davis, where she received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and African-American Studies. Shoshana moved to San Francisco in 2017 to pursue her master’s and credential in special education at San Francisco State University. Following her years of schooling, Shoshana worked as a special education teacher in San Francisco Unified School District, teaching students with intensive support needs. She is passionate about equity and strives to serve all students to meet their unique needs.
Outside of the professional realm, Shoshana enjoys exploring the city with her dog, Rocket. She also enjoys making ceramics, seeing live music, and traveling the world.
